The AGM will take place on Thursday,31 March at 7 o'clock in the village
hall and we would welcome anyone wishing to join the committee or to help with
the arrangements for the show. Any items for the agenda should be sent to Carole
Roberts or Ann Smith as soon as possible.
71st Annual Show
Sunday 4th September 2011 The Society's 71st Show will be held at the Scawby Village Hall. All are welcome.

Scheduled Meetings
The dates and times of the monthly Committee meetings are
also listed in the Parish Magazine. These are normally held at 7.00pm on the
fourth Thursday of each month in the Scawby Village Hall.
